Create a Log File in Hanzo Viewer

A log file can be helpful in debugging issues in Hanzo Viewer. To have the Viewer create a log file, it must first be enabled within the application.

Instructions

  1. Open Hanzo Viewer

  2. Click View > Settings

  3. Select the “Create log file” checkbox

  4. Click “Save”

 

Log files are stored in your application data folder (i.e. c:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Hanzo Viewer\logs)
